Plaid - 2025-2026

Role: Cel Animator

In 2025, Plaid’s design team approached me with the question of whether or not it would be possible to animate some of the company’s spot illustrations for use on its website and in internal decks. The final products came out so well that we’ve now made over 2 dozen animations and counting!

Through a combination of keyframes and hand drawn inbetweens, we were able to achieve a look that blends Plaid’s trademark crosshatched style with fluid movement.
